1. Digital products

All items sold on this site are electronic PDF files. No physical goods are included unless stated otherwise.

2. Purchase & delivery

Once payment is completed through the selected payment provider, you will be presented with a download link and/or receive immediate access to the purchased PDF. It is your responsibility to download and safely store the file after purchase.

Missed download? If you fail to download your file or lose access to the download link, contact us with your payment transaction ID or order reference and your email. We will attempt to re-send the download link for a limited time.

3. Refunds

Because digital files can be copied and retained, all sales are final. We do not provide refunds after a successful download. If there is a technical problem preventing delivery, contact us and we will work to resolve it.

4. License & permitted use

Your purchase grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the PDF for personal use only. You may not resell, share, redistribute, or publish the PDF or create derivative works for distribution without explicit written permission.
